NAME
	master - connect to OPSER system

DESCRIPTION
	The master command is the way to create or re-enter an OPSER
	process. The OPSER program allows the user to control serveral
	different programs running in background via simple I/O directing
	commands.  OPSER runs even across log-outs; one should never run
	OPSER directly.

DIAGNOSTICS
	Master has no diagnostics, it simply informs user of entering,
