                             SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

1) DO NOT write on this diskette. Do not erase or rename any of the files on
it. It is your MASTER DISK. Keep it safe! Make backup copies of it right
   away.

2) You need the Carousel Build-a-ToolKit (which includes the Use-a-ToolKit and
Builder ToolBook) in order to rebuild the Tools.

3) In addition, you need a copy of the IBM Fortran compiler, version 1.00, and
a compatible macroassembler, linker, and librarian. The runtime library
FORTRAN.LIB for that compiler is optional.

4) Study the use of the Builder ToolBook, especially the instructions in the
file HOWTO. Then print a copy of the file INSTRUCT and study it before
attempting to rebuild the files of the Builder ToolBook.
