datasheets for 82S21 - Signetics 32x2 SRAM?

I still have no reason to care about the SN7480
(nor the '57 and friends that Tony mentioned later
in this thread) but I gave up on the TI CDROM and
looked at some paper instead. All of the above
(and many more) are in the 1985 TTL databook(s).

I guess TI rip out the stuff they no longer
sell from their web site (and the CDs that they
presumably produce from it).
