built a box to go from a channel to a pc (mid 90's)

I have the external box, there apparently was a card as well with a 37 
pin
connector that went in the pc

they used TI 751730 interface chips

DEC built 6' rack sized interfaces for the 10 and 11 to talk to a 
channel in the 70's
(the DX-10 and DX-11)
