If I need part "X" to keep my "Y" Computer running, then part "X" is 
going to be worth more to me than another "Y" Computer.  There are 
things like shipping costs and storage/disposal costs to consider. 
Of course if part "X" with shipping costs more than "Y" Computer with 
shipping, then I'm going for the whole computer.
