  I only have the document in Word, which you can't read, according to a mail in sept 2003 
  I sent it to Fred van Kempen, who promised to convert it to PDF and put it on his home page.
  However, I cant get through to www.pdp11.nl. Anyone else able to convert it to PDF ?
