ibm 5028 operator station

Hi
 I would guess that a standard ASR33 cover would
work. You'd need to carefully remove the IBM label
and move it to the new cover. The 33 covers are
hard to come by but not as hard as the IBM labeled one.
It otherwise looks repairable.
