I have long since stopped trying to make sense of the prices of old 
computer (or old 'anything') bits. I've got some nice HP bits (DIO cards, 
etc) on E-overpay for a lot less than similar interfaces for home micros. 
And I will never understand why an Altair is more valuable than a PERQ.
