Anyone have IBM Diagnostics diskette?

I've got 1.02, if that's any help.  This is the disk that one often finds
tucked away in the back of the reddish 3-ring binder labele "IBM Personal
Computer  Guide to Operations" that accompanied every PC.  Most of the
time, the books were never opened, so the disks can often be found, still
in the back pocket of the book, never touched.
