DECmate II -> VR201 cable?

I remember it doesn't. The colour monitor cable, for the VR241, has a 4 
pin keyboard connector in the junction box , and 3 pigtails ending in 
BNCs for the monitor. But the VR201 (mono) monitor has the keyboard 
connector (4 pin, of course) on the back of the monitor, the CPU-monitor 
cable just has a DA15 at each end.
