MicroVAX Help?

I am purchasing a MicroVAX Model 655QS-B2.
 
Can anyone point me to a good source of documentation? I am new to all
this and have no idea how to even get it running. I am told that the
only thing about it is there is no power cord. I don’t even know what
kind of power cord it uses…
