Morse Code vs. text messaging, who's faster?

Yes, a process which takes about 200ms in good conditions in Oslo,
Norway, the worst I've ever experienced was 2 seconds.

Well, that was part of it - they wanted to try and see what technology
could get the message from A to B quickest - and morse code won.
