MV3900 SBB:KA655-AA 16MB 240V

Looks like a MicroVax, having a KA655 CPU, 16MB RAM, running on 240V,
about 1998 vintage.

Looks like a nice, reasonably modern fast Vax in a digestable size. But
you'll have to do something about the 240V.
