Barco? I would be suprised if they didn't make a monitor with digital 
RGBI inputs, and back then Barco mnitors were nothing short of excellent.

Don't US TVs have RGB inputs? Almost all UK/European ones do. Admittedly 
they're analogue, with a separate composite sync signal, but it's fairly 
easy to convert the CGA signals into that.
