Every once in a while I see PeeCee VGA controller cards with
an extra 1/8" phono jack on them.  Wonder what the probability
is that those are for synching Stereo shutters?

There are millions of moderate cost DigiCams out there with 
~$50 cost color eyepiece monitors in them.  Why can't someone
sell a decent NTSC monitor of the same size/price, or the glasses?
