IBM drives are most definitely Hitachi.  And that being said, IBM/Hitachi 
drives are the only drives I've never had fail on me.  I run them in mirrors: 
2 75GXP 30GB, 2 120GB, 2 180GB... not a single failure and the 75GXPs are going 
on 5 years now.  And they're fast!!
