OT: tube question

Hi Ed,
it's not in my list - 5960 in the NATO number indicates a thermionic device,
but the number is to short to fit into the UK list, ours tend to be
5960-99-037-xxxx. 5961-99-037-xxxx would indicate a semiconductor.
