This machine was partially stripped before the seller came into 
possesion of it.  Its previous owner had used it as a parts box
to keep several other machines running.  Those other machines
(a 780 and two 785s), as well as many additional usable parts from
the stripped machine, were rescued last weekend.

I admit to not being too fond of the idea of a VAXbar, but it is
better to do something useful and interesting with the cabinet than
to simply scrap it for the metal.
