This hobby's growing older - it's bound to attract more and more
aging techies who yearn for the machines of their youth and who have
the cash to spend on a few trinkets.  What's the problem?
They'd be welcome and enthusiastic list members, no?

Like Paul Allen, they might get so crazy as to hire a few of
you to restore and maintain their machines.  As time goes by,
collectors and museums will need dozens of people who can do 
this for them.
