SOmewhare I have a manual that shows an 11/09 and 11/39. The text 
contains large spaces where these numbers have been removed :-)...

In case you're wondering, they have the same relation to the 11/04 and 
11/34 as the 11/10 does to the 11/05, etc. In other words pre-packaged 
machines as opposed to CPU only. AFAIK no machine with an 11/09 or 11/39 
nameplate was ever shipped, though.
