how to image pre dos 2.0 disks (?)

Search for a program called Disk eXpress by Albert J. Shan.  I'm having trouble 
finding it, but it's got to be on a shareware site out there somewhere...  It 
was a very simple, easy program to dump a diskette to an image file, and that 
file could be restored to larger-sized floppies.

I thought teledisk could do this as well but I could be wrong.  And there are 
undoubtedly other utilities that should be able to do this...
