I also have a Spanish version dated 12/90, some utils have been
updated, e.g.
- MEM (1.00 -> 1.01) now displays HMA contents.
- CHKDSK (6.14 -> 6.16) ?? 
- EMM386.SYS (1.2 -> 1.21) Windows 3.0 works in extended mode.
... probably some more, but I didn't check all of them.
