Based on the size, that's a RF08 platter. It's too big to be a DF32 
platter. (Assuming it did come from a PDP-8 connected drive.)

It's probably not useful outside the drive it came from unless you 
reformat it on the new drive. There's very little chance the heads will 
line up on any other drive.
