There's a list of equivalents in the text at
http://www.dunnington.u-net.com/public/DECPROMs/pinouts though it may
not be a complete list.  Note that "compatible" or "equivalent" for
PROMs means "read compatible".  Different manufacturers did not all use
the same programming algorithms.
