Yes, but C-Net is probably dead.  C-Net was a popular Commodore-based
BBS package.  I was active on a few boards that ran it years back-
amazing to think now that we'd all auto-dial like mad to get access to a
C64 machine with two (or three) 1541 drives and a 300 baud modem.
