I'd quite like to see those too. I remember that one of the manuals for
one of the bridge boards I have gives a really nice description of early
SCSI (including timing diagrams etc.). I'll have to dig it out as it
might just go into details about SASI/SCSI differences too.

Most of my knowledge of SASI has been picked up from fragments here and
there though (often from this list) - I've never seen a proper spec or
anything (unlike for SCSI)
