I'd say you just missed the boat, a few years ago all the stores 
switched to embedded PC's.

You could get lucky.  Spy on all the large local stores and build 
relationships if you find one still using them.  Car service and parts
supply places are pretty good, but you won't find one using as 
many as 20.
