You've obviously never used a formfiller.  You need one scratch copy of 
the form; stick it in the printer and the formfiller prints a grid out 
onto the page.  You can then use the grid numbers to tell the formfiller 
where the fields are.  Perfect results every time, no scanner required.

What, you think I'm going to manually type hundreds of forms when all my 
information is in a database?  :-)
