When did double-shot keytops disappear?

Heck, I've got a few model M's and they still work just fine.  I've even
got a couple of rebrands that the clickykeyboards don't have--Wang.

What I wanted to know is what NEW keyboard is well-made with double-shot
keytops?

Where does one put the scroll wheel on the "J-stick"? :)  That little
addition to the standard mouse has really cut down on a lot of pain for
me--that, and learning to be ambidextrous with a mouse--most of the time, I
use it with my left hand, even though I'm right-handed.
