Almost all of it is in the public domain, and by intent it all has
clear statements, either that it's public domain or what its copyright
license is; if you find something with neither, I've made a mistake, so
please tell me so I can fix it.  (If you don't tell me within the next
six hours or so, you may have to wait a week or so for the fix; I'm
likely to be mostly away from my mailbox until about the 26th.)
