So far I've stayed out of all of this.  I've been tempted to point 
out as others have, that Dave's code, and that he can do whatever he 
wants with it.  At the same time, I've not been interested in his 
software, as far as I know, it's mainly targeted at systems that I 
don't have much interest in, HOWEVER, I do see the value in it.

Group #3 really ticks me off, and as far as I'm concerned they 
*always* do more harm than good.
