I disagree. There is no such thing (in the legal world) as intellectual 
property. 

There is copyright, there is patent and there is trade secret.
Intellectual property is an attempt to apply rights to ideas that have 
no support of law.

And this would appear to be getting pretty far off topic. Sorry
you pushed my IP rant button.
