Can't say much about the T3100, but I've got a couple of cartridges for the
T1000/T2000 and they're 3.3v, not 5.  Wonder if that might have something
to do with your problem? A quick voltage check on the sockets might tell
you what you need to know.

BTW, does anyone have a use for two 4 MB T1000/T2000 carts?  I got them
with a bunch of other miscellaneous memory and don't really have any use
for them myself.
