Unless you can find a surplused burner for cheap or have need to program
some of the older chips, Dwight's got the right idea.  I've got an M2L
EZ-EP burner that I use only very rarely because, let's face it--UV EPROMs
are yesterday's technology and don't really offer very much over modern
flash.
