I suspect photofloods do that. Oddly I have found regular incandesant 
bulbs out
that contain neodymium in the glass to filter out the yellows and give a 
higher color
temp much like daylight. If you need real daylight the color temp is 
only one aspect
of  daylight. The other factor is how close the spectrum of light 
matches the daylight
sun. For real daylight
Company #1 claiming they have the best.

I don't know how they compare with other products elsewhere in the world 
but they
both look to have a product that looks to live up to the 'daylight' 
claim and you can afford.
