Paul Allen has a DECSYSTEM-2065 online running TOPS-10 V7.04, and a 
XKL Toad-1 running TOPS-20 V7.1.

I'm kicking myself right now, I don't have a link to this on my 
PDP-10 emulation webpage, simply a statement that he has them online. 
There is an actual website for these systems.  Finally, it took a 
while even with Google.  http://www.pdpplanet.com/
