datasheets for 82S21 - Signetics 32x2 SRAM?

Just catching up with these posts :>)
My old Quarndon cat. gives it as a Write while Read RAM with o/c O/Ps. 32x2.
It has a logic level schematic ( quite small ) if that's any use- I can get
it scanned and enlarged.
