Bit of CP/M trivia needed

I'm not sure at this point, but some vague memory says that there was
a very basic "OS" for the IBM 360 called BIO (Basic I/O).  Sort of the
IBM analog to the old paper-tape packages for the PDP-11 and similar
systems.
