Found old NCR computer...need info/keyboard

I found what I believe to be an NCR Decision Mate V computer.  1 5.25 
floppy drive and 1 hard drive.

no docs, no keyboard, no disks.

Does anyone have info on this computer and any idea how to get a 
keyboard for it?
