(Yet Another ImageDisk Update)

Hi Guys,

I've posted version 1.02 of ImageDisk to the site.
This was a major code cleanup (it was due), plus
a number of enhancements and minor fixes, as well
as one MAJOR fix - if enough errors occured to
trigger a reanalysis, the sector numbering map for
that track could get corrupted.
