CF & IDE adapter card for Apple IIs

Worked pretty good for me too.  I've got one in a IIgs.  If you read the
forums however, he does warn that some CF cards are not compatible w/
the thing.   I had good luck w/ some little 128Mb SanDisk CF cards.
