             This RAM resident program is designed to annoy the person
             who is working on the machine on which it is run. Given a
             % as a command suffix, Slapper will write a derogatory
             comment every so often.

             This is a memory resident program which causes the letters to
             drip down the screen. It appears that nothing has happened
             at first, but the speed at which characters drip increases
