	OF FUEL AND A VARIABLE RATE OF FUEL
 
	CONSUMPTION.
 
	     THE OTHER TELETYPE IS CONTROLLING
 
	A GAME IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT.  A
 
	HYPOTHETICAL CITY WITH AN INITIAL
 
	POPULATION, AMOUNT OF LAND, AND A GIVEN
 
	AMOUNT OF GRAIN IS POSTULATED.  THE
 
	OBJECT OF THE GAME IS TO MAKE THE CITY
 
	PROSPER.  THIS REQUIRES KNOWING HOW
 
	MUCH GRAIN TO FEED EACH PERSON, HOW
 
	MANY ACRES EACH PERSON CAN PLANT, AND
 
	HOW MUCH GRAIN IS REQUIRED TO PLANT
 
	AN ACRE.  RANDOM INPUTS TO THE PROBLEM
 
	ARE YIELD PER ACRE, RATS IN THE GRANARY,
