This copy of VMS Kermit fixes a number of bugs and includes an implemenation of
the CONNECT command.  The major changes are:

        Implemenation of the CONNECT command.

        Implemenation of the SET PARITY command.

        Wild-card file specification fixes.

        Time-out of packets has been fixed.
