By default, ITT doesn’t have access limit on any page. User can access any itt page. To make

to more secure, administrator can use user management page to add access limit on some sensitive pages.

A user or a url with access limit must belong to a group. So you have to add group at the beginning.

To add group page to make a group, access method shoul be chosen. DIGEST ACCESS will encrypt password

so that a potential sniffer won’t be able to catch it. Also you have to choose priviledge for the group. Then you

can add user to this group.

To put access limit on a itt page, the url of that page should be put into url list. The group it belongs to

should be specified too.

You can also delte group, user, url from the lists. You have to delete all the url and users from their group

before delete the group.

You can save the current setting into a file called umconfig.txt. Although you can manually edit it, you are not

encouraged. When start the web server, you can load in user management setting from file umconfig.txt
