Locate Disk Module

Could not activate hot-swap indicator LED.

This disk module could not be isolated within a specific hot swap cage.  Because of this, its indicator LED could not be set to flashing.  To locate this disk module, SCSI disk activity can be sent to the drive or to the entire SCSI channel, thereby causing the drive's activity indicator LED to flash.  Doing so allows the drive to be located by identifying the drive with (or without) activity.

Choose a method for generating drive activity:

Flash activity on the disk.  Look for the drive with regular activity.  Use this method for working disks.  It may not be possible to generate activity for a failed disk.

Flash activity on the entire SCSI channel.  Look for the drive without any activity.  Use this method for failed disks.  The remaining disks should all reflect drive activity.
