Note: This is NOT a working RT-11 program!

This is a UNIX program which reads RSX-11 (ODS-1) filesystems. In view
of the numerous requests for FILES-11 support in RT-11 FILEX, I thought
it might be useful to provide this, in hopes that someone with a good
background in C (and at least some experience with UNIX) might be able
to get it to work under RT-11, using the DECUS C compiler. My guess
is that it wouldn't be trivial, but wouldn't be a great deal of work
either. I'd planned on doing it myself, but haven't had the time. If
nobody else does it, I'll probably do it myself sometime this summer.
