How about distributing their own computer virus whose only function is
to report the fact that it is running on an unprotected machine.

Then watch the fun when they are inundated with false reports.

Someone pisses you off, send their address as being an unprotected computer.

Delicious.

Dennis.

But will OS/2 ever get IPv6 support? It seems unlikely, so the day might
come when our ISPs are locking us out by giving us addresses we can't use.

This is going to be some time away - given the quantity of ADSL
modem/routers out there that only support IPv4. Let alone devices like
PS3's etc that are IPv4.

Even once IPv6 becomes more widespread, I suspect that the routers that
are available for home use will be dual stack and support IPv4 devices
on LAN's using NAT.

Cheers,

Paul
