Thanks to the work done by Eugene Gorbunoff on the ACPI drivers, both 
cores are now operating on my system.

So if you are looking for an eCS compatible solution on current 
hardware, please look at this system, all onboard adapters are supported 
(although the on-board Video is relatively slow so it's worth adding an 
eCS compatible PCI Express video card), now that with v 2.22 of the ACPI 
driver set, the chipset in dual-core mode is working, everything on the 
board is working.

Note, one needs to run the board in /PIC rather than /APIC mode, or at 
least that's the way I have my board working at present.
