Subject: Email problem

Hi Ian,

Just received this message from Westnet.

Hello,

The reason that this message could not be delivered is that the Westnet
mail server through which you are attempting to send mail, is
blacklisted (i.e. blocked) on the spam filtering service "TQMcube"
(www.tqmcube dot com). This has occurred due to one of our customers sending
spam emails through our mail servers. We have determined and rectified
the cause of this problem, and are currently awaiting removal from the
filtering service in question.

Can you please respond to this customer.

The reason his email was not delivered is that our mail server is listed
on a SPAM database due to a customer sending spam through our system.

The cause of this has been determined and rectified, and we are
currently awaiting removal from the blacklist involved.

Regards,

My reason for the question is that I do most of my banking and
payment of bills via internet and have just read of concerns that
quite sophisticated methods are being used to take over private
internet accounts and that passwords and account numbers no longer
provide adequate security.
